30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the order date. That covers the monthly analysis plan and credit packs for Fix this shot. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for every order. To get a refund, find your order at paddle.net using the email on your receipt, or write to us at sindri@johannsson.io and we will sort it out with Paddle. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel any time from the Plan page or at paddle.net. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for and does not renew after that.

Failed renders

If a shot fix fails, the credits held for it go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Refunds are also covered by Paddle's refund policy, and nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
